On Sunday, everyone rehearsed together: the band, soloists, vocal ensemble and choirs, from the youngest to the grown-ups. Lena from visuals.by.lena was there with her camera.
On 11 October, the hall of the dasCANN youth centre in Bad Cannstatt was packed: everyone who had been practising in smaller groups over the previous weeks came together on the rehearsal stage – the band, our soloists, the vocal ensemble and the choirs, from children in red T-shirts to the adults with their music folders.
From little ones to grown-ups, with lots of heart
A run-through with so many performers takes patience: coordinating entries, trying out formations, settling the transitions between songs. And yet in between there was dancing, laughter and clapping along. That is exactly the atmosphere we want to bring with us to the Friedenskirche on Saturday.
Thank you, Lena!
The video and the rehearsal photos we have shared over the past few days are by Lena. She moved between microphone stands and music stands and cut this film from her footage. You can find more of her work on Instagram at @visuals.by.lena. Thank you so much!
Now all that’s missing is you: our benefit concert begins on Saturday, 17 October 2026, at 8 pm at the Friedenskirche Ludwigsburg, doors open at 7 pm. The proceeds go to HOPPS. Get your tickets here.
